The Bijur lubricator parts should be able to get straight from Bijur.
I cleaned up a DoAll surface grinder a couple years ago and ordered all new metering valves, some flex lines, a T fitting, some plugs, tube nuts, and 5/32 brass line. For the pump It needed some v type Teflon packing which was cheaper from McMaster Carr. Should be some pictures/ folder by clicking link in my signature.
None of that stuff was hard to get.
