Good project Jerry. The oil pressure got so low on the 4 cyl Continental OHV engine in my old 48 Ferguson TE20 that I replaced the oil pump hoping for at least alittle increase and got a whole lot more.
If a stock pump made such a big difference a pump with increased volume should be definitely improve oil pressure.
