I have new glass installed in the metal window frames (no vent windows)for the '40 cab, but didnt take em out and dont know how they are installed. The window has an open channel along the bottom, and I can see the 2 posts on the regulator, but what keeps those posts from simply falling out of the channel? I have nothing in the window groove around the door(need some felt/rubber?)and also need weather stripping for both doors. This truck is not original and if the orig weatherstripping is high, I could probably use a universal type stripping around my doors. How about maybe a picture of that window on a regulator and some ideas on where I could purchase the channel lining and door rubber. thanks, George in Tallahassee
