If it were me, I would shy away from a kit. I just did this conversion on my '65 c20, and bought kits for the upgrade, and ended up not using an easy 90% of the kits. The kits either came with very low quality parts, or parts that didn't fit or wouldn't work period. I would recommend sourcing parts from a donor truck from the '73 to 87' range. You'll be much happier. You'll need to re-use your control arms, and have the ball joints pressed in the lowers, and replace the uppers with the bolt-in kind, then it's just swapping things out.
