| | | | Joined: Mar 2001 Posts: 259 Member | | Member Joined: Mar 2001 Posts: 259 | You install the o-ring gasket then the sender and then the retaining ring slides over the sender and under the outer ring. When you tap the ring clock-wise under the outer ring, the taper should make the sender fit tighter to the gasket.
