I put the inner on first, but leave the bolts
that hold it on loose. I did hang the outer
by myself but it is difficult and you might
scratch paint. Its better to have two people.
One holds the front and the other guides the
back. The trick is to have the bolts holding
the inner fender very very loose. You need all
the play you can get. I've been told that
bolting them together before hanging is a
almost impossible task, so I didn't even try
that.
