Upper hinge: Driver's side spring/lever is on the bottom; passenger side spring/lever is on the top. My passenger side hinge has never been removed.
I actually think they may be right. The hinges' arms could be flipped and the bolts would align correctly.
My apologies to the unknown parts store.

Edit- I'm just getting confused looking, but the FAM gives pn 3716441 LH, pn 3716442 RH for the upper hinge
