I appreciate the information and PDF greatly. Now I just have to find someone that sells both the Connector and the Hollow bolt. Jim Carter shows the connector on his web page but says use your hollow bolt, which I don't have. Also my brakes are the old Huck style so I guess I'll have to make sure the bolt will fit that type back plate.
PS- the You tube video of your restoration of dads 50 was very enjoyable. Good stuff!
