Thanks for the responses. I must be blind as I went back under the rear of the truck to reexamine the brake connections and realized the banjo fittings are there in plain sight. Sorry. Guess now I can move on to deciding if I should replace the "T" connections or just clean up and reuse the old ones? Trying to save some money but it boils down to risk / reward huh?

Question-the tech tip on installing dual master cylinder pertains to a 1956 and author used the same brake plumbing routing as a 1959. I noticed in the article 3/16 lines were used in the rear end housing portion. In a 1948 with huck brakes I believe I read 1/4 is used through out. Just want to confirm this before I install as this is the first brake line installation I have done. Also will the same basic 1959 plumbing described work for my 48, or is there some other brake line routing that is better suited for my truck?
