| | | | Joined: Jun 2012 Posts: 1,747 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Jun 2012 Posts: 1,747 | It can be helpful to put the trans in 3rd gear. When you get close you can turn the tail shaft to engage the clutch splines. It also helps if the tail of the trans can be tilted a little to line it up as you go in. The guide pins in the above post are most helpful.
