I bought a pair of running boards someone repaired. Patched in panels and it was done poorly. After doing all the straighting I could I was able to get the ribs to look very good by cutting a body filler applicator to match the rib and valley. I then did the filler. There was a bit of filing and a few finish coats but it came out very nice. I spent a month on just the pair.there are some before photos in photobucket. I have finished photos I can send you. I sold them and the person who bought them was happy. There is hope!
