I have one of those Hot coat systems. It works pretty well. My oven is pretty small. I think I could get a wheel in it. You can't use your house oven. Something about contamination and bad smells. It really does stink when you cook it. With out fresh air I start to get sick. I put the oven out on the driveway. I have only used the black and simulated chrome. The black works well and easy to do. The chrome is hard to make look right. It comes out of the oven real nice and shiny, but you have to clear coat it or it will fade out. A lot of the colors you have to clear coat. Anyway, the clear always puts a yellow tint on the parts. Book says temp was to high. I did all of the door handles and knob on our truck. It will probably hold up better than paint, but is kind of a pain to get it all set up. Cleans up easy enough, just blow it out the door. One can of powder goes pretty far, some thing like 3 big cans of rattle can. I reuse what falls on the plastic. Just filter it with a paint filter back to the can. I don't think I could recommend buying one. You would need a big oven or infrared heat to cook a bumper. It has to be 400* for 20 minutes and thats after it has liquified. Joe
