Terry, if you are going to have a few things done its best to round up everything that you might conceivably want powdercoated and take it all in at the same time. Powdercoaters really work on a volume basis, and they prefer to do as much as possible at the same time. Powdercoaters typically do runs of one type of color during each day of the week. For example, they probably do two days of black, one day of white, one day of red, etc. So, if you want a lot of stuff black, they will give you a volume discount if you bring in a whole bunch of things that you want powdercoated black. If you can get your buddies together who need a few pieces done, they can help you with the cost and the powdercoater won't charge much more overall.
