I'm glad yer ok Rust... I was noticing the dates... and I see you didn't waste much time about tearing it down and starting repairs. So that is good. Keep yer head it, I know you'll make it pretty again.
Maybe the Fiero caused all of this... if I recall my 'wee lad' years - didn't they have fire issues ?
