Today I got you an actual weight on a 1.5 ton truck. I was haulling gravel today and had the truck weighed empty. It's a '48 1.5 ton truck with a 12' grain box with sides and a single cylinder hydraulic lift. PTO drive and a 240 lb. driver, the truck weighed 7360 lbs.
