No this is not an automatic. At one time the throttle cable was hooked up on this truck. The throttle cable I am referring to is the one on the dash. All the information I have for a 58, owners manual, assembly manual, show a throttle cable from the dash, to me they are not real clear where the cable attaches.
I was hoping someone had a picture for 58 with the dash cable attached.
