I had a closer look and I think the block is toast. The crack is 3/4 across the block and through two of the support webs. the two sides have shifted apart about 1/8". I don't think I feel confident in using epoxy on this. I added a couple of pictures to the link;

I still don't know how I missed this, better get some better lights in the shop, or new glasses...
