There are quite a few 216's running 235 pistons- - - -a .0625" overbore, with no issues. Engines bored .080" oversize or larger tend to have short piston ring life and/or overheating problems, but 60 over is no problem. There's a LOT of cast iron in a stovebolt cylinder wall!
