You can't upload picture to posts direct.
You will need an external host web site.
If you have your own web page then create a folder and load there.
Or use one of the photo sharing sites like flicker, photobucket, tinypic.
You can upload them to those sharing site.
No mater your web site or a sharing site, you then copy the html link to the picture and paste into the post.
