Jon, No I didn't and I do not believe that they exist. I ended up biting the bullet and cutting out my bent up frame, straightening it as best as possible, cutting a hole in full patch panel and welding frame into it. I have now spent the last several weekends trying to get the panel lined up with fender, hood, door, and vent door. Not fun. If I had to do it over, I would attempt to cut around the vent frame and leave as much of the area under the side of the hood as possible. Even if this meaned having to work the panel and frame in place. (I had the standard damage from a sprung door and a bad slide hammer and bondo repair.) Learned the hard way what I had been told repeatedly and didn't really listen, "only cut out what you absolutely need to." Good luck,
