bartamos Sir Searchalot B Joined: May 2005 Posts: 8,983 West of the Rio Grande	Well if they are "reinforcements"/stiffeners, then the turn up (angled edge) is to stiffen the two hole plate? Much like steel angle is stiffer than flat plate. But why not just use angle? The two hole is weird? So it can shift from frame style to frame style to clear something? Or second hole is to clear a rivet head or other stick up? I like trying to figure out old stuff.
