First off you can have the store mix you up a flat black.
The etch is M-S number 8827 available at NAPA stores. Or S-W number is E2G973. PPG's is DX1791 It is very transparent and you just put on one med wet coat. One the color you could get PPG's "OMNI" or M-S "MSU" Both are about $100.00 a sprayable gallon as I remember.
