Paul what is an ER image?
I am assuming the 'lug' are the two small studs that protrude from the hand crank and lock into the harmonic balancer.
From the lugs to the center of the first bend I get 24.25in. From the absolute bottom of the hand crank to the center of the first bend I get 24 7/8in.
I measure the first bend on centers to be 7.5in, and the handle to be 4.75in.
