Run a hot lead into the switch (from hot lead/post on ignition, or voltage regulator, alternator).

Run lead from switch to rear choke.
Run lead from rear choke/carb to front choke/carb.

If the engine is off (or stalls with the ignition on) no power/heat goes to the carb.
The choke will then close as it cools off.

This set-up works with those carbs on 6v and 12v systems.
