I retried positioning without the hinges in and I got it close. It isn't perfect and I'm still searching. I have measured numerous times and the door openings and the doors seem to have matching numbers. I'm guessing a 1/32" won't make a huge difference. Only thing I can see left is if the hinge is bent somehow.
This won't be a show truck but I don't want to be laughed at either.
