Hy Beewrangler, ten studs on an 8.75" bolt circle was the standard wheel for a C60 not equipped with "Dayton" wheels on 1960 Chevies, I think your measurement crew has made a dimensional error. Anyway those wheels were available in tube type and tubeless for a few years, I did check the current Accuride catalog for steel wheels, and they don't seem to have a listing for hub piloted wheels in 20" or 22.5". You may have to search some truck wrecking yards, but I don't think you'll have too much trouble finding what you want/need, hope that helps.
