When I rewired my truck i just bought some wires in diffrent colours and made my own harnass with a fusebox. cost my about 50 bucks or so. Takes some time, but then again you can wire it as nice as you want!
(I have been wiring a lot of trucks on my former job, so thats why i made a harnass myself, it isn't really that difficult on old trucks like these)
