| | | | Joined: Mar 2001 Posts: 279 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Mar 2001 Posts: 279 | What is involved in rotating the distributor body in my 235 so the electrical connection from the distributor to the coil is not in close contact with the valve cover? If it is too complicated, I'll leave it as is. I tried to make sense of the shop manual instructions for distributor assembly, but would prefer not to remove the valve cover if possible. It probably is fine as is, but I worry about it arcing against the valve cover. Does it require totally removing the distributor? Thanks. | | |
