If you were pulling it on frontwards,it should slide on relatively easily;it may be necessary to use a Handyman and pick up that corner a little to get over an edge,but if you keep pulling,the jack will rock forward and set the drum/backing plate down on the other side of the problem spot. (The drum MIGHT just roll along.) No big deal.
