Dan,Sorry to hear of your mishap. If I were you,I'd inform them that they just lost a bunch of potential customers,hearing the way they treated you!! That may,or may not steer them straight! I know that if it were MY business,and reputation at stake, I'd think twice! First they say: "The part's in the mail",Then,WHAT?? $100.00 Just to LOOK at it?? That's just CRAZY!!
