I friend of mine is a retired GM engineer and lives in Vanderbilt and he told me about a very old guy that has a summer shack out on a two track in the woods by the name of Hardy . He also told me the guy has an old car in the garage called a flint Car made by Durant Motors , he thought it was a 1917 and their family does chrome in down state Michigan and he had some pieces chromed
Well I did some research on the Flint Car and found this on Wikipedia

I figured if this was in fact a 1901-03 car and I had some chrome done by a local guy I may be allowed to see and possibly photograph it .
