Looking at ideas for painting my 1 ton. I am doing this whole truck myself and am on a tight budget as I only intended to build a 1/2 ton. Weird how these trucks seem to follow us home hey? I want it to look big, mean and sleek. The1/2 ton will be the elegant one.
I figure a flat black with silver and chrome detailing would look pretty sharp. I read this article:

Looks like this might work for me. But I ask this:
Is there a way to top coat/ seal in this paint job? Did I miss something?
