It does appear you have the RH5 wheels. Up thru the advance design trucks they used a cover plate over the wheel studs between wheels and lug nuts. I don't know if they continued with the task force trucks. If someone had replaced the wheel studs with shorter studs they may have tossed them or just tossed them as they thought they were unneeded.
