Think U___U shaped with a 2.5" piece of pipe that slips down over the floor jack welded on the bottom. That's not what I did but it's the idea. I thought it made the fine tuning much easier... Easy to slide out of the way to test close and it holds the door 'where it was' even swung wide open. (unless your lift leaks)
