You will have great difficulty in adjusting the doors with the door seal installed, regardless of which hinges you use. I would remove the seals and try to adjust what you have. Keep in mind that it is a challenge to take off a perfectly fitting door, then reinstalling it to fit as perfectly as it was to begin with.
That is why we all truly hate doors. All of us.
