I have a FinishLine II HVLP that seems to work very well. The come with two fluid tips, a 1.4 and a 1.6. I use the 1.6 for primers/fillers and the 1.4 for basecoats and clears.
I think it is a very good gun for the money.
The most important thing about getting a good paint job is the preperation. Anything thing you didn't do right before you paint will be magnified after you paint.
I painted my truck with the FinishLine II and while I don't have current pictures posted, this is how it turned out. Original color is Polar Gray.
