i,v studied that but i,m not much wiser as i can,t find any mention of a 451
i,v cleand the frame both sides and can,t see any numbers i,v got the parts identification plate of the glove box door
and the serial number on it reads as follows
model 451
serial 15187
engine 270
f,axle clark f460
r,axle eaton tspd 16600 ratio 6.50/9.04
trans clark 202v ,, 5dd.
brakes vac
wheels motor 6 stud
which is all ok eccept the serial number isnt what the dvla has used to register the truck
and its been converted to air assisted brakes by having the vac servo changed for an air one
she,s set up as a semi tractor, and has an after market comppressor and air equipement all of which looks to be factory options but no mention of it on any plate anywhere
what doe,s the HC stand for ==heavy commercial ??
any information anybody can offer me would be most gratefully recieved
i had threatened to sell this truck as i,m going through some hard times both financially and health wise but i just havnt got the heart to sell and intend restoring it and finding/building a suitable trailer
so as i said i,d be most gratefull for any help
