i think this has been asked before but i,m unable to find the thread
where is the frame number located on a 1951 gmc 451 as at present i,m having a dispute with the DVLA which is the uk equivalent of the DMV they have issued a V5C better known here as a logbook /registration document
which i suppose is the equivalent of a us registration title and in there wisdom they have dated my truck as a 1948 which it is clearly not so i really need to find the frame number to rienforce my argument with them
