| | | | Joined: Oct 2001 Posts: 3,458 Extreme Gabster | | Extreme Gabster Joined: Oct 2001 Posts: 3,458 | My old Jeep CJ5 had a latch on the edge of the windshield frame that grabbed a loop on the hood. It happened to both work for holding up the hood and for holding the windshield frame in the folded down position. Maybe you could fab something like that in a hidden spot? They are available cheaply from Jeep parts vendors.
