My 54 had the tank sitting behind the seat when painted and the strap stood up and hooked under the opening below the rear window. So the tank is the light blue same as the interior on the two tone blue interior. Behind the tank is not painted, and the underside of the tank straps are painted. When they were pulled down to hold the tank, the exposed part of the straps are unpainted. Again, this was the deluxe cab option in 54 with the two tone blue interior.
