They were used for many years back then on the wheel brgs & diff. carrier brgs. The replacements are normal tapered roller brgs.You are supposed to replace both inner & outer if you need to replace one. It seems to me it should have a seal in it. Ive been in a lot of them & never saw one without a seal.
