Harware Guy - if you can get the product cheaper - all the better. I live on the West Coast and do understand rust. I'm sure that Rustoleum Latex has it's good points. Do yourself a big favour at least check out Zero Rust. I'm using it for every part of my '51 1/2 ton Chev and am convinced that for us "do it yourselfers" this is the greatest thing since sliced bread. It doesn't "have to be" rusty to use, it goes on and the coverage is increadible, the cost is not out of this world and it works, it really works. I'm sure Bruce will jump in here if I've missed anything.
