It's a Rustoleum "latex" based product that chemically modifies rust and if I understand it right, leaves a primed finish that can be sanded, top coated, or whatever. I've heard wonderful things about it in commercial environments.

I'm in Salt Lake City frown and other than perhaps an oil rig somewhere I don't know of a rustier place. They actually have to tear the bridges down periodically and rebuild them because of rust in the steel. :rolleyes:

Anyway it's pretty expensive stuff but being in the hardware business I can get it for a lot less and I'd like to know if anybody has any thoughts on it or any experience with it. I'm thinking Rustoleum has been doing this longer than anyone so it seems like this might be good stuff. cheers
