Mallard - I was scanning down the page to say the same thing. I noticed years ago that the noisiest thing about these old gals is the rattle of the grill. I did the same thing just a little dab of clear silicon on each bar - worked like a charm - the only noise you can detect from the Canary is the springs squeeking and me chuckling as I drive it down the road. lol
