I hope you marked the grill bars before taking the grill apart! They are slightly different in size and curvature. Getting it back together right can be a real challenge. I used SS screws and locknuts on mine, there's not a lot of room and I don't know what kind of rivet tool could be used. The factory probably used some kind of special jig.
