For the balance of your question, there is a bulletin board at
www.autobodystore.com that is excellent for us DIYers. Ask anything and some really skilled individuals (Pro's and DIYer) will do their level best to get an answer or several, depending on how many ways there might be to do a job...... With input from the board, you can approach your local paint jobber with a more ammunition. Jobbers can tend to sell you what they have, more than prescribe what you need.... Just saying......
