The book calls for a 687108 for use with p/s. With a 32,000 it must be either a 9,000 or 11,000 axle. It is probably a 9,000 with a 23,000 rear. Apparently the 9k and 11k steering axle use the same drag link. My book only goes up to the 60 series. A 70 or 80 series would probably use the same steering axle. The tough part is going to be the p/s. Just not many trucks that size were specced with p/s.
