My parts books only go thru 1967, so I won't be much help other than to suggest you look for a 1971 or 72 Chevrolet Truck Parts book on eBay. If you find one look in section 6.870 for your link part number.
You may need to find out what front axle you have (7000 or 9000 pound), that might make a difference on parts. Check the data label on the glove box door.
