I have a question on painting. When painting small parts with a rattle can what should I clean them with first? My problem is this, I sand them to bare metal, wash them with soap and water and let em dry. When I apply the primer or if I skip the primer, depends on what I'm painting, many time I get poor coverage, little bubbles everywhere... What am I missing.
