Pulled a NP435 out of my old 1967 3/4 ton. It had some very bad synchros in it. The parts were easy to replace but costly. If I had a less informed parts guy I would have had the wrong parts in hand. I would think the internals would be available from a Ford parts supplier. The case with the GM bolt pattern, would be the only difference. Truck type 4 speed with a very low 1st gear.
